EMT Program and Portland Adventures

Yvonne had a good day yesterday.  She walked down to the train station and rode up to Portland to hang out with a friend for the day.  She got the news that she got into the EMT program somewhere in there, having made it from the wait list after signing up a couple months ago.  She appeared later that night, having had assorted adventures in downtown Portland and on the train, and starts her program on Tuesday.  I've been really impressed at how far she's gotten - in particular jumping through all the steps necessary to get into the EMT program.  It's just a term and very intensive, but she seems very enthusiastic.
